What are flows?

Start from a ready-made template, change the words, switch it on. Each step shows how many people reached it. Included with Team inbox; AI-written steps count as AI replies.
Can AI answer the chats?
Yes, if you switch on AI replies (powered by Replyvoo). Draft mode writes replies your team checks; Auto mode answers new messages by itself and steps back when a teammate replies. It only uses the facts and links you give it, and it never says it’s a person.
Does it work with WhatsApp or Instagram?
No, Team inbox is for Telegram: the chats people have with your managers on Telegram.
Do managers need Telegram Premium?
Yes. Connecting a bot to a Telegram account (Telegram Business) needs Premium on the manager’s account.
Can we reply to old chats?
Telegram lets a connected bot reply within 24 hours of the person’s last message. For older chats, Joinvoo opens the chat in Telegram with one tap.
Who can read the messages?
Only you and the teammates you give access. Message text is encrypted, and Joinvoo staff have no screen that shows it.
