Do I need request-to-join mode to track channel joins?
No. In normal mode every click gets its own invite link, and Joinvoo matches the join through that link. Request-to-join is optional: turn it on when you also want a welcome message with your offer link, or deposit tracking by Telegram ID.
Does it work for groups as well as channels?
Yes. Public and private channels and groups work the same way. Your bot needs to be an admin that can create invite links.
Which event is sent to Meta?
Subscribe by default, sent through the Conversions API with the click ID and browser IDs from the ad click. You can pick another event name per channel.
What happens to fake joins?
They are still shown to you under Filtered, so you can check them, but they are never sent to your ad platforms and never charged.
