Cookie Policy
Last updated: November 2026
This policy explains how Zedapex, the company that operates Joinvoo, uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage). Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We keep them to a minimum.
1. Cookies on the Joinvoo website and dashboard
- Session cookie (
jp_session, strictly necessary, up to 30 days): keeps you logged in to your dashboard. The Service cannot work without it. On an agency’s white-label results site, the same cookie is set for that site’s own domain. - Referral cookie (
joinvoo_ref, functional, 30 days): set when you open someone’s referral link, so the right person gets credit if you sign up. - Support chat cookie (
jv_vis, functional, up to 180 days): lets the website support chat keep your conversation if you leave and come back. - Local storage (functional): remembers small preferences in your browser, such as the email you last logged in with.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers on the Joinvoo website itself.
2. Cookies on customers’ tracking pages
When you click a Joinvoo customer’s tracking link, the page you pass through belongs to that customer’s campaign:
- Click cookie (
jp_…, necessary for tracking, short-lived): links your click to the invite link you were given, so a join can be matched to the right ad. - Ad platform cookies and pixels: the customer may configure the Meta, TikTok or Snapchat pixel, which can read or set cookies such as
_fbp,_fbc,_ttpor_scid, and the page may record ad click identifiers from the link (fbclid, ttclid, ScCid, gclid, gbraid, wbraid). These are controlled by the customer and the ad platform under their own policies.
On customers’ own websites
- Visitor code (
jv_…cookie and local storage, necessary for tracking, up to 30 days): if a customer tracks their website with Joinvoo, their script keeps a random visitor code so that a later sign-up or deposit can be matched to the ad you came from. It is set on the customer’s own website, under their control.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any consent their audience’s laws require for these technologies.
3. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the session cookie, you will not be able to log in. If you block cookies on a tracking page, you can still join the channel, but your join may not be matched to the ad.
