Referral Program Terms

These terms apply to the Joinvoo referral program, operated by Zedapex. They are part of our Terms of Service. By sharing your referral link you agree to them.

1. How it works

• Every account gets a personal referral link and code in the dashboard.
• A referred customer is someone who opens your link (or enters your code) and creates a new Joinvoo account. The referral cookie lasts 30 days.
• What earns commission. Commission is paid only on the part of a referral’s spending covered by credits they paid for with real money. No commission is earned on spending covered by bonus, welcome or promotional credits, or on payments that are later reversed or charged back.

2. Commission rates

Your rate depends on how many active paying referrals you have. A referral is active while they top up their Joinvoo account with real money at least once every 30 days.

• 5% (Starter) from your first referral;
• 10% (Growth) with 30 or more active paying referrals;
• 15% (Pro) with 100 or more active paying referrals;
• 20% (Elite) with 250 or more active paying referrals;
• 30% (Legend) with 500 or more active paying referrals.

Commission is a share of what your referrals spend on Joinvoo (plans, tracked joins and other fees), not of what they top up. The rate applied is the one shown in your dashboard when the spending happens. If fewer of your referrals stay active, your rate goes down for new spending; commission you have already earned never changes. Commission continues for as long as the referred customer keeps paying, unless these terms end.

The VooSquare Affiliate program (“up to 50%”) is a separate program with its own terms on affiliate.voosquare.com. These terms do not cover it. If we move Joinvoo referrals into VooSquare, new commissions are counted there, and what you already earned here stays yours under these terms.

3. Only referral earnings can be withdrawn

Referral earnings are the commission you earn on what the people you invite pay for with real money. Earnings settle for the hold period shown in your dashboard (currently 14 days) before they can be withdrawn. Settled earnings can be withdrawn in USDT (TRC20) or BTC once they reach the minimum shown in your dashboard (currently $300), or moved into your account as credits at any time.

• You are responsible for giving a correct wallet address and network. Payments sent to an address you provided cannot be reversed. Network fees may be deducted.
• We aim to process withdrawals within 7 business days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

4. Credits can never be withdrawn

Joinvoo Credits, including credits bought, bonus credits, welcome credits, promotional credits and referral earnings already moved into your account as credits, cannot be withdrawn or converted back to money.

5. Not allowed

• Referring yourself, your own other accounts, or accounts you control.
• Fake accounts, incentivised sign-ups with no genuine intent to use the Service, or cookie stuffing.
• Spam, misleading claims, or using Joinvoo’s brand in paid search or ads in a way that suggests you are Joinvoo.
• Any promotion that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Clawbacks

If a referred customer’s payment is refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent, we may remove the commission earned on it from your balance, including earnings already moved into your account as credits. Earnings gained in breach of these terms may be cancelled, and the accounts involved suspended or closed.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

8. Changes

We may change commission rates, tiers, hold periods and withdrawal minimums, or end the program, with notice in your dashboard. Changes apply to earnings made after the change.
