How does it work with Selar, Gumroad or Payhip?
These pages can send the buyer to a link after they pay. You paste the Joinvoo thank-you link there, with your price in it, like …/thanks?value=19¤cy=USD. When the buyer lands on it, the sale is counted and matched to their ad.
My platform has no redirect after payment. What now?
Ask the platform’s support if they can send buyers to a link after payment: many can. If not, pick My developer in Track purchases. Your developer adds one line, joinvoo.purchase({...}), where the payment finishes.
How do refunds work on payment pages?
Payment pages don’t tell Joinvoo about refunds. When you refund a buyer, open the order in Conversions and tap Cancel this order. It comes off your revenue and your ROAS, and you can undo it.
Which events are sent?
Purchase on Meta, CompletePayment on TikTok, PURCHASE on Snapchat and Reddit, and checkout on Pinterest, with the order value and currency, and the buyer’s email and phone (hashed) when they are there. Google Ads gets the matching conversion.
What am I charged for?
Only for sign-ups and leads, the same as joins on Telegram. Visitors, sales and deposits are always free. A store where people buy straight away, with no sign-up step, pays only the plan. A person counts once, when they first sign up. Basic is $30 a month with 2,000 sign-ups included, Pro is $99 with 5,000, then $0.02 per sign-up. No share of your revenue and no fee per order. Your first 500 sign-ups are free.
