AI Use Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This policy explains how Joinvoo, operated by Zedapex Limited, Lagos, uses artificial intelligence, what it can and cannot do, and the rules for using it. It is part of our Terms of Service and adds to section 5 of those Terms.
1. Where Joinvoo uses AI
- Team inbox AI replies (“Joinvoo AI”, being replaced by Replyvoo; it keeps running for accounts that used it during a 30-day grace period): answer and follow up with the people who write to your managers, using the notes, offers and rules you give it, per person and in Closer mode where you turn it on.
- Replyvoo (a separate Zedapex app, if you pick it under “Who answers chats?”): answers chats on your bots and managers’ accounts. Its AI is governed by Replyvoo’s own terms and AI policy; what Joinvoo shares with it is described in our Terms and Privacy Policy under “Connected Zedapex apps”.
- AI setup: “Fill it for me” drafts your AI notes, and the practice (Test) chat lets you try replies before they go live.
- Voice notes: when AI replies are on, voice notes in a conversation are turned into text so the AI can answer them.
- Joe, the assistant in your dashboard, explains your numbers and helps you set things up.
- Support chat answers on our website and in your dashboard, with our team stepping in when you need a person.
- Translation of emails and pages into the languages we offer.
2. You stay in control
- AI replies are off until you switch them on, and you can switch them off for one person or for everyone at any time.
- Draft mode lets a person approve every reply before it is sent.
- Prices for AI replies are shown in your dashboard before you turn them on.
3. AI can be wrong
AI output is generated automatically. It can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or unsuitable, and it may not follow your notes. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment or betting advice. You are responsible for what you teach the AI, for checking its output, and for every message sent from your managers’ accounts, including AI-written ones.
4. Rules for AI replies
- Answer people honestly and lawfully. No promises of winnings, guaranteed returns or results you can’t back up.
- No pressure on vulnerable people, people who have asked you to stop, or anyone under 18.
- Do not tell anyone an AI reply was written by a person, and make AI use clear where the law requires it (for example in your welcome message, bio or auto-reply).
- Do not use AI to impersonate a real person, brand, broker or operator.
- Do not use AI to make decisions about people that have legal or similarly significant effects on them.
- Everything in our Acceptable Use Policy and Messaging and Anti-spam Policy applies to AI-written messages too.
5. Your data and our AI providers
To create a reply, the relevant text (and, for AI replies, recent photos and voice notes in that one conversation) is sent to our AI providers, listed on our Subprocessors page. We send only what the task needs. We do not use your Customer Data to train AI models. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement explain how this data is protected.
6. Ownership
As between you and us, the replies and notes the AI writes for you are Your Content under the Terms. AI can produce similar text for different customers, so we cannot promise that output is unique.
