Intellectual Property and Takedown Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This policy is from Zedapex Limited, Lagos, which operates Joinvoo, and adds to section 8 of our Terms of Service.
1. Our intellectual property
Joinvoo’s software, design, text, landing-page themes, the name “Joinvoo” and our logos belong to Zedapex and its licensors. You may not copy, resell, rebrand, reverse-engineer or build a competing product from them. White-label customers may show their own name and logo on their results site; that does not give them any rights in Joinvoo itself.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of Your Content and must have the rights to everything you upload, re-post through channel copies or publish on a landing page.
3. Reporting an infringement
If you believe content served through Joinvoo, such as a landing page, a white-label site or a channel copy, infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, send a notice to [email protected] with:
- the address (URL) of the content, or the channel name for a channel copy;
- the work or right you say is infringed, and why;
- your name and contact details;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the right-holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the right-holder or authorised to act for them; and
- your signature (typing your full name is enough).
We review complete notices promptly. Where a notice is valid we remove or disable the content, pause the link or channel copy, and tell the customer.
4. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to [email protected] with what was removed, why you believe it was a mistake, your contact details and your signature. We may share it with the person who complained and restore the content unless they tell us they have started legal action.
5. Repeat infringers and false notices
We close the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe other people’s rights. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices can make the sender liable for the harm they cause.
