Messaging and Anti-spam Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Joinvoo, operated by Zedapex Limited, Lagos, can send messages for you: Team inbox replies and AI replies, Flows and follow-ups from your managers’ accounts, Telegram alerts, and channel copies that re-post your channel’s posts into other channels you choose. This policy sets the rules for all of them. It is part of our Terms of Service and works with our Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Only people who came to you

2. Stopping means stopping

3. Honest messages

4. Respect Telegram’s limits

Follow Telegram’s Terms of Service and its limits on bots and business accounts, including the 24-hour reply window for connected business bots. Do not use several accounts or bots to get around a limit, a ban or a restriction.

5. What we do about spam

We may pause a Flow, AI replies, a channel copy or a connection, or suspend the account, when we see signs of spam such as reports from recipients, many blocks, unsafe links or messages to people who did not ask for them. Telegram can also act on its own against your accounts; we cannot reverse its decisions.

6. Reporting

If you received unwanted messages sent through Joinvoo, tell us with the account or channel name and a screenshot if you can: [email protected]. You can also block and report the account inside Telegram.
